Recurring Charge. Recurring charges for the Colocation Service shall be governed by the terms of the Agreement, subject to the following additional terms, which shall apply to the Services under this Supplement:
Recurring Charge. The Requesting Licensee shall pay to SingTel the recurring license charge for each Tail Circuit provisioned.
Recurring Charge. 12.01 Grantor shall be responsible for the payment of the costs of Scheduled Maintenance of the Grantor System (as defined in Exhibit "G") and insurance premiums and rents associated with the Regeneration Facilities and Opamp Facilities.
12.02 In consideration of Grantor's responsibilities under Section 12.01, subject to the adjustments described in Section 12.03, Grantee shall pay to Grantor each year, with respect to each Segment, commencing with the Acceptance Date of such Segment and continuing until the expiration of the Term of the IRU with respect to such Segment shall have occurred, the product obtained when: (a) [**] is multiplied by (b) the number of Route Miles in such Segment (the "Recurring Charge").
12.03 The Recurring Charge shall be increased on each anniversary of the Acceptance Date of the first Segment in which Grantee will receive the IRU by the increase, if any, in the Consumer Price Index, All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), U.S. City Average, published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics (1982-84 = 100), for the preceding twelve (12) month period. In the event such index shall cease to be computed or published, Grantor may, in its reasonable discretion, designate a successor index to be used in determining any increase to the Recurring Charge. 12.04 The Recurring Charge shall be paid each year by Grantee in twelve (12) equal installments due and payable on the first day of each month. In the event the Acceptance Date or expiration of the Term of a Segment occurs other than on the first day of the month, the Recurring Charge shall be prorated.
Recurring Charge. Subject to adjustment pursuant to this Agreement, the charge per calendar month for each Simultaneous Access and related Services purchased by AOL in the Initial Service Area shall be the applicable price set forth in the table below:
Recurring Charge. TOWARDEX will invoice Customer for each MRC in advance and Customer will pay the MRC within thirty (30) days from the date of such invoice. TOWARDEX will begin to invoice the MRC on the Commencement Date. Invoices for partial months will be pro-rated.
Recurring Charge. The amount set forth as other recurring charges in Item 1 of Exhibit B (the "Other Charges"). Other Charges shall include charges for usage of Experian's communications lines by Affiliate Subscribers, leased equipment, data storage, conversion charges and other additional charges imposed if Affiliate obtains from Experian teleprinters, computers, software or other goods or services not otherwise covered in this Section 5. Additional amounts for items not enumerated in this Section 5.5 shall be included within Recurring Charges only on terms and conditions mutually agreed to by the parties and set forth herein or in a separate agreement.
Recurring Charge. (A) Customer shall pay to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ for Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance (including relocations) of the Level 3 System (as set forth in Exhibit "E") each year commencing with the Service Commencement Date of a Segment (or if a Segment is part of a Loop, then commencing on the Service Commencement Date of the last Segment of Customer Fiber comprising such Loop) and continuing until the expiration of the IRU Term with respect to such Segment shall have occurred (subject to the adjustment set forth in Section 15(D) below), as follows (the "Recurring Charge"):
(i) for an intercity Segment, the product obtained when (a) the amount specified in the table below is multiplied by (b) the number of Route Miles in such Segment and
(ii) for a metro Segment, the greater of seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500.00) per metropolitan statistical area (as defined by the United States Office of Management and Budget) or the product obtained when: (a) the amount set forth in the table below is multiplied by (b) the number of Route Miles in all Segments within such metropolitan statistical area.

Recurring Charge. The Services provided in this ILA may be increased from time to time during the term through an Amendment document agreed to and signed by both Parties. This Service Order Summary is subject to the terms of the Inter-Local Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference. All changes must be in writing. Any changes may result in a new installation date and additional charges. The above rates do not include any taxes, fees, or surcharges applicable to the Services.
Recurring Charge. 13.01 Except as expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, Grantor shall be responsible for the payment of all costs and expenses relating to the Grantor System, including, without limitation, (i) all fees and charges payable to the grantors or providers of the Required Rights, (ii) the costs of constructing and maintaining the Grantor System, (iii) all charges and expenses (including utility charges) associated with the operation of the Regeneration Facilities and Opamp Facilities and (iv) all Impositions.
13.02 In consideration of Grantor's responsibilities in Section 13.01 and otherwise under this Agreement, subject to the adjustments described in Sections 7.04, 7.06 and 13.03 through 13.07, Grantee shall pay to Grantor each year, with respect to each Segment, commencing with the Acceptance Date of such Segment and continuing until the Term of the IRU with respect to such Segment shall have expired or terminated, the following sums (the "Recurring Charge"):
(i) the product obtained when: (A) (***) is multiplied by (B) the number of Route Miles in such Segment (the "ROW Charge"), plus (ii) the product obtained when: (A) (***) is multiplied by (B) the number of Route Miles in such Segment (the "Operating Expense Charge").
13.03 Commencing on the date of installation of any Grantee Fibers within the Grantee Conduit, the ROW Charge shall be increased by the product obtained when: (i) (***) is multiplied by (ii) the number of Route Miles where Grantee Fibers have been installed in the Grantee Conduit. 13.04 (***). 13.05 (***).
Recurring Charge. If a recurring charge (“Recurring Charge”) (e.g. Monthly Charge, Quarterly Charge, Annual Charge, etc.) is specified in an Order Form, Race will invoice Customer for and Customer will pay the Recurring Charge in advance for each period upon receipt of such invoice. Race will begin to invoice the Recurring Charge on the Commencement Date. Invoices for partial months will be pro-rated. Multiple types of Recurring Charge may be set forth in the Order Form.
