Common use of Recurring Services Clause in Contracts

Recurring Services. Unisys will bill Egenera quarterly, semi-annually or annually as specified in the accepted Order for the specific engagement. Travel time is included in the recurring quarterly, semi-annual and annual Service rates within the distances from the Primary Services Cities as indicated in EXHIBIT A-13.
