Pursuant to the ESignature and Electronic Disclosure Terms set forth in Section 19, we will deliver any Transaction Account statements required by law to you in electronic form. This means you will not automatically receive paper statements. You are responsible for keeping track of your available Transaction Account balance. Merchants generally will not be able to determine your available Transaction Account balance.
