Recyclable Material. Those materials that are capable of being recycled and 400 which would otherwise be processed as Organic Waste or disposed of as Garbage. 401 Recyclable Material includes newsprint (including inserts); mixed paper (including 402 magazines, catalogs, envelopes, junk mail, corrugated cardboard, ▇▇▇▇▇ bags and paper, 403 paperboard, paper egg cartons, office ledger paper, and telephone books); glass containers; 404 aluminum beverage containers; scrap and cast aluminum (not exceeding forty (40) pounds 405 in weight nor two (2) feet in any dimension for any single item); steel including “tin” cans, 406 aerosol cans (empty, non-toxic products) and small scrap (not exceeding forty (40) pounds 407 in weight nor two (2) feet in any dimension for any single item); bi-metal containers; plastic 408 bottles (#1-#7); aluminum foil and pans; concrete; used motor oil and filters; dry cell 409 household batteries when contained in a sealed, heavy-duty plastic bag; and those 410 materials added by the CONTRACTOR from time to time.
Recyclable Material. The following constitutes recyclable materials within the City:
i. Paper: Goods made of paper, such as circulars, catalogs, carbonless paper, dry goods packaging without liners, envelopes, file folders, flattened cardboard, junk mail, magazines, newspapers, office paper, paperback books, paper bags, paper towel / toilet paper cores, and non- metallic gift wrap. Phone books and wet or yellowed paper are not included in the definition of paper goods. ii. Glass Bottles and Jars: Beverage bottles, food and condiment bottles, and jars made of glass with lids removed and bottles and jars rinsed clean. Mirrors, windows, ceramics, or other glass or glazed materials are not included in the definition of glass
iii. Metal Cans: Aluminum, steel, and tin beverage and food cans rinsed clean, rinsed baking tins, and empty aerosol cans with nozzles removed. iv. Plastics: Goods made of plastic and labeled No. 1 through No. 7 with all lids removed and bottles rinsed. Examples include beverage bottles, shampoo and lotion bottles, meat trays, condiment bottles, prescription and medicine bottles with labels removed, and bundled plastic grocery bags. During the term of this Contract, the City reserves the right to add or delete items approved for recycling.
Recyclable Material. Recyclable Containers and Recyclable Paper delivered as either Single Stream or Dual Stream materials.
Recyclable Material. “Recyclable Material” means all organic and non-organic materials the Contractor is required to Recycle, including but not limited to glass, aluminum, paper and green waste. Listing of Recyclable Material can be found in Exhibit E which may be changed from time to time by agreement of the County and Contractor, or pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.b and Section 17 of the Franchise Agreement.
Recyclable Material. Recyclable Material shall mean material that has been recovered or diverted from the nonhazardous Solid Waste stream for purposes of reuse, Recycling, or reclamation, a substantial portion of which is consistently used in the manufacture of products that may otherwise be produced using raw or virgin materials or has a beneficial use. Recyclable Material 386 includes Newspaper (including inserts, coupons, and store advertisements); Mixed paper 387 (including office paper, computer paper, magazines, junk mail, catalogs, brown paper bags, brown 388 paper, paperboard, paper egg cartons, telephone books, grocery bags, colored paper, 389 construction paper, envelopes, legal pad backings, shoe boxes, cereal, and other similar food 390 boxes, paper towels, paper with plastic coating, paper contaminated with food, wax paper, foil- 391 line paper, Tyvex non-tearing paper envelopes); Shredded paper (must be bagged); Plastic bags 392 (must be bagged; used for dry cleaning, groceries, newspapers); Milk and juice cartons; 393 Corrugated cardboard; Chipboard; Glass containers of any color (including brown, clear, and 394 green glass bottles and jars); Aluminum (including beverage containers and small pieces of scrap 395 metal); Steel, tin, and bi-metal cans; Mixed plastics, including bottles, jars, tubs and containers, 396 all types and colors, Plastics 1-7; Bottles including containers made of HDPE, LDPE, or PET; 397 Used motor oil (Collected in used oil recovery kits outside of Recyclable Material Cart); Used oil 398 filters (Collected in used oil recovery kits outside of Recyclable Material Cart); Used household 399 batteries (Collected in a sealed, reusable clear zipper type bag outside of Recyclable Material 400 Cart); Polyethylene film plastics (including bags for dry cleaning, groceries, produce and bread, 401 bubble wrap, newspapers, and other stretchable plastic films); Aseptic packaging; Candles; CDs 402 & DVDs; Rigid plastics; Empty aerosol cans; Scrap aluminum foil and pans; Scrap metal less than 403 40 lbs; Small kitchen appliances less than 40 lbs. (i.e., toasters, microwaves, non-Freon 404 containing appliances); Waxed Cardboard (subject to market conditions); and those materials 405 added by the CONTRACTOR from time to time.
Recyclable Material. Recyclable Material consists of any material or substance at City Locations that can be put to beneficial re-use or sold in recognized markets for purposes other than disposal, including, without limitation, uncontaminated non-hazardous corrugated cardboard, white paper, newsprint, and other paper; plastics and plastic film; ferrous and non-ferrous metals; and glass.
Recyclable Material. Prices Each month the Contractor shall calculate the revenue share for all commodities. Those calculations shall be included as part of the Contractor’s report to the City. Contractor shall use the following indices in determining the prices of the recyclable materials:
A. Paper grades including newsprint and inserts, magazines, catalogs, and mixed mail shall be: The Official Board Markets (OBM) Yellow Sheet, Chicago region for Old Newspapers (ONP) # 8, high side of range.
B. Old Corrugated Cardboard shall be: The Official Board Markets (OBM) Yellow Sheet, Chicago region for OCC #11, high side of range.

Each: clear glass, brown glass, green/blue glass: and mixed glass shall be: The aggregate market price paid by Anchor Glass Corporation’s Shakopee, Minnesota plant, and/or the Market price paid or charged by end market, averaged based on the facility percentage composition of each type of glass in the stream as reflected in the annual composition study, less shipping costs to transport materials to market.
