The recycled paper must meet the requirements for procuring recycled printing paper as provided in the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (RCRA), as amended, 4242 U.S.C. § 6962, and set forth in 40 C.F.R., pt. 247, and in related executive orders or advisory notices issued by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
