Common use of Redevelopment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Redevelopment Agreement. The City and Redeveloper entered into that certain Redevelopment Agreement dated as of this even date, describing the Redeveloper Public Improvements being made on behalf of the City in the Redevelopment Project Area and the Private Improvements being made to real property Redeveloper will be acquiring pursuant to its contract interest in the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, as more particularly described on the Notice to Proceed (“Project Site”).

Redevelopment Agreement. The City and Redeveloper have entered into that certain Redevelopment Agreement dated as of this even date, describing the Redeveloper Public Improvements public improvements being made on behalf of the City in the Redevelopment Project Area and the Private Improvements private improvements being made to real property owned by Redeveloper will be acquiring pursuant to its contract interest in the City and legally described as: Lots One (1) and Two (2), University of Nebraska Technology Park 4th Addition, Lincoln, NebraskaLancaster County, as more particularly described on Nebraska (the Notice to Proceed (“Project Site”).
