Common use of Redevelopment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Redevelopment Agreement. The City and Redeveloper entered into that certain City of Lincoln Redevelopment Agreement (23rd & O) dated , 2015 (“Redevelopment Agreement”), describing the public improvements being made on behalf of the City in the Redevelopment Area and the Private Improvements being made to real property owned by (or to be leased by) the Redeveloper and legally described on the attached and incorporated Exhibit “A”.

Redevelopment Agreement. The City and Redeveloper entered into that certain City of Lincoln Redevelopment Agreement (23rd & OSkate Zone Redevelopment Agreement) dated , 2015 2017 (“Redevelopment Agreement”), describing the public improvements being made on behalf of the City in the Redevelopment Area and the Private Improvements being made to real property owned by (or to be leased by) the Redeveloper and legally described on the attached and incorporated Exhibit “A”.
