Redevelopment Project Area. The City has undertaken a program for the redevelopment of blighted and substandard areas in the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, and as part of that program the City has prepared and approved the Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan, as amended (“Redevelopment Plan”), pursuant to the Community Development Law of the State of Nebraska, Chapter 18, Article 21, Sections 18-2101 et. seq., Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943, as may be amended from time to time (“Community Redevelopment Law”). The Redevelopment Plan provides for the acquisition, rehabilitation, and renovation of the Terminal Building generally located at ▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (the “Terminal Building”) and rehabilitation of the adjacent parking lot generally located at ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (“Parking Lot”), Lincoln, Nebraska as a Redevelopment Project (“Redevelopment Project”) in an area described as follows (collectively “Redevelopment Project Area”): 1) County Clerks Subdivision (of ▇▇▇▇ ▇-▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), ▇▇▇ ▇-▇, G & H Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska (“Project Site”); 2) East-West Alley of Block 54 bounded by 9th and 10th streets and N Street and O Street, City of Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska and the North-South Alley bounded by N Street and the East-West Alley of the block bounded by bounded by 9th and 10th streets and N Street and O Street, City of Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska (“Alleys”); and 3) 9th and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ right of way from the north edge of the ‘O’ Street right of way to the south edge of the ‘N’ Street right of way; and the ‘O’ and ‘N Street right of way front the west edge of the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ right of way to the east edge of the 10th right of way Street (collectively “Street Right of Way”). The Redevelopment Project Area is shown on Exhibit A. A copy of the Redevelopment Plan, together with any and all amendments thereto, is on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City (the “City Clerk”).
Redevelopment Project Area. After all Developer Reimbursable Project Costs have been paid, but not later than twenty-three (23) years from the adoption of the Project Ordinance, the portions of this Agreement relating only to the TIF Act shall terminate and Developer shall not be entitled to receive any further disbursements from the Special Allocation Fund.
Redevelopment Project Area. The City has undertaken a program for the redevelopment of extremely blighted and substandard areas in the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, and as part of that program the City has prepared and approved the South Street Corridor and Environs Redevelopment Plan, as amended (“Redevelopment Plan”), pursuant to the Community Development Law of the State of Nebraska, Chapter 18, Article 21, Sections 18-2101-18-2144, as supplemented by and including Sections 18-2147 to 18-2153, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943, as enacted or hereafter amended from time to time (“Community Redevelopment Law”). The Redevelopment Plan provides for the acquisition, rehabilitation, and renovation of the former ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ located at approximately ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in Lincoln, Nebraska (“Building”) as a Redevelopment Project (“Centerpointe South Street Redevelopment Project” or “Redevelopment Project”) in an area described as follows (collectively “Redevelopment Project Area”):
Redevelopment Project Area. A. The Redevelopment Project Area is located in historic downtown Sedalia, Missouri and is bounded generally by ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Broadway Boulevard on the south; Moniteau Avenue on the west; ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street on the east; and Jefferson Street on the north consisting of 178 parcels and abutting public rights-of-way and is shown on the map attached hereto in Exhibit B. The Redevelopment Project Area may not be changed, modified or amended except in accordance with the TIF Act and this Agreement. This Agreement is specific to the the property generally located at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ which is within the Redevelopment Project Area.

That part of the Redevelopment Project Area controlled by the Redeveloper and that is not public Right-of-Way is referred to as the “Project Site.” The Redevelopment Project Area and Project Site are shown on Exhibit A. A copy of the Redevelopment Plan, together with any and all amendments thereto, is on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City (the “City Clerk”).

The City-owned property described as Outlots A & B, West Haymarket 4th Addition, Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska; 3. The east-west public alley on Block 83 and abutting on the south edge of the Project Site (“Alley”); and 4. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ right-of-way from the north boundary of N Street to the South boundary of L Street (collectively “Redevelopment Project Area”). The Redevelopment Project Area and Project Site are shown on Exhibit A. A copy of the Redevelopment Plan, together with any and all amendments thereto, are on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City (the “City Clerk”).

The Redevelopment Plan provides for the rehabilitation and renovation of the property generally located at ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, and the as a Redevelopment Project (“Redevelopment Project”) in an area legally described as follows (collectively “Redevelopment Project Area”): ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ heights, Block 101, Lots 1-14, & vacated alley adjacent & block 102 Lots 1-7 & 11-14 & lots 8-10 except the south 100’ & vacated alley adjacent & vacated W Street adjacent. And adjacent right of way. The Redevelopment Project Area is shown on Exhibit A. A copy of the Redevelopment Plan, together with any and all amendments thereto, is on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City (the “City Clerk”).
Redevelopment Project Area. The Sharp Building Redevelopment Project is included in an area described as follows (collectively “Redevelopment Project Area”) and shown on Exhibit A: 1. The West 10’ of Lot 4 and all of ▇▇▇▇ ▇ & ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ of Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska (“Project Site”); 2. East-West Alley of Block 65 between M Street and N Street from ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to 14th Street, City of Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska (“Alley”); and 3. ▇▇▇▇ ▇-▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ of Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska; and
Redevelopment Project Area. The Redevelopment Project Area will be developed by Developer in one phase. The Redevelopment Project Area may only be changed, modified or amended in accordance with the LCRA Act. If the Redevelopment Project Area is amended, the parties acknowledge that a corresponding amendment to the LCRA Plan may be necessary.‌
Redevelopment Project Area. A. The Redevelopment Project Area consists of two areas of blighted land connected with Highway 50 right-of-way: 1) land generally located north of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Lane, and south of W. Main Street; and 2) land generally located south of Highway 50, east of Westwood Avenue, and west of Winchester Road, and together containing approximately 5.1 acres and is shown on the map attached hereto in Exhibit B. The Redevelopment Project Area may not be changed, modified or amended except in accordance with the TIF Act and this Agreement.
