Common use of Redevelopment Project Areas Clause in Contracts

Redevelopment Project Areas. A. The Redevelopment Area consists of six (6) Redevelopment Project Areas designated as Redevelopment Projects 1 through 6, in accordance with the provisions of the Redevelopment Plan as legally described in Exhibit B. The Redevelopment Project Areas may only be changed, modified or amended in accordance with the Act.

Redevelopment Project Areas. A. The Redevelopment Area consists of six seven (67) Redevelopment Project Areas designated as Redevelopment Projects 1 through 1A, 1B, 2, 3A, 3B, 5 and 6, in accordance with the provisions of the Redevelopment Plan as Plan. Redevelopment Project Areas 1A, 1B, 2, 3A, 3B, 5 and 6 are legally described in Exhibit B. The Redevelopment Project Areas may only be changed, modified or amended in accordance with the Act.
