Common use of Reduction Clause Clause in Contracts

Reduction Clause. For areas reflected in this Appendix, the Company reserves the right to maintain the alternative shift schedule, however, when reduction of positions are required due to circumstances such as loss of products or declining sales, the Company will make every attempt to first reduce such jobs from the Alternate shifts provided that said reductions correspond with business/operational demands in these areas.
