Common use of Reduction of Price and Termination Clause in Contracts

Reduction of Price and Termination. Fusion for Energy may require an appropriate reduction of the Total Contract Price or have the Contract terminated in accordance with article II.17 (Termination by Fusion for Energy for cause): - if Fusion for Energy is entitled to neither Repair nor replacement, or - if the Contractor has not completed the remedy within a reasonable time, or - if the Contractor has not completed the remedy without significant inconvenience to Fusion of Energy. Fusion for Energy is not entitled to have the Contract terminated if the defect is minor.
