Common use of Reference Bank quotations Clause in Contracts

Reference Bank quotations. If (at any time when Reference Bank quotations are required having regard to the definition of "EURIBOR" in clause 1.2) any Reference Bank is unable or otherwise fails to furnish a quotation for the purpose of calculating EURIBOR, the interest rate for the relevant Term, Interest Period or other period shall be determined, subject to clause 5.9, on the basis of the quotations furnished by the remaining Reference Banks.

If (at any time when Reference Bank quotations are required having regard to the definition of "EURIBOR" in clause 1.2) any Reference Bank is unable or otherwise fails to furnish a quotation for the purpose of calculating EURIBOR where such quotation is required having regard to the definition of "EURIBOR" in clause 1.2, the interest rate for the relevant Term, Term or Interest Period or other period shall be determined, subject to clause 5.96.6, on the basis of the quotations furnished by the remaining EURIBOR Reference Banks.
