Common use of Reference Customer Clause in Contracts

Reference Customer. Aqua may use Customer’s name and logo on its website and in its promotional materials to state that Customer is a customer of Aqua and a Software user. Customer agrees to serve as a reference customer of Aqua and will cooperate with Aqua’s reasonable marketing and referencing requests.
