Common use of REFERENCE ONLY Clause in Contracts

REFERENCE ONLY. The Grantee shall provide the Department’s Contract Manager with the first invoice, individual Employee Certifications for all employees directly assigned to the Agreement. The City reserves the right to request individual Employee Certifications at any time during the Agreement term. Employee Certifications shall be signed by each employee directly assigned to the Agreement.
