Common use of REFERENCE SAMPLES Clause in Contracts

REFERENCE SAMPLES. LEO shall retain reference sample▇ ▇rom each batch of Finished Products for the period of time required by applicable Law after the expiry date. Finished Products will be kept in their final packaging and stored under the recommended conditions. Samples of starting materials (other than solvents, gases and water) will be retained for the period of time required by applicable Law after the expiry date of the corresponding Finished Product. LEO shall retain samples ▇▇fficient to conduct at least two (2) re-examinations. LEO shall make reference samples ▇▇▇ilable for inspection, testing, analysis and examination by GALEN and any relevant Government▇▇ ▇▇ Regulatory Authority, promptly upon request of GALEN.
