REFERENCE TO TECHNICAL PUBLICATIONS Sample Clauses

The 'Reference To Technical Publications' clause establishes that certain technical standards, manuals, or publications are incorporated into the agreement by reference. This means that the parties agree to follow the specifications, procedures, or requirements set out in these external documents, which may include industry standards, engineering guidelines, or manufacturer instructions. By referencing these publications, the clause ensures that both parties have a clear and authoritative basis for technical expectations, reducing ambiguity and helping to resolve disputes over technical compliance.
