Common use of Refusal of Services Clause in Contracts

Refusal of Services. Argentex may, in its absolute discretion, refuse to accept any Trading Application or Instruction, suspend, cancel, block or freeze any of the Services (including any part of the Services). Argentex is not required to disclose reasons for doing so to the Client.
