Common use of Refusal to Cross Picket Lines Clause in Contracts

Refusal to Cross Picket Lines. An employee covered by this Collective Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a legal picket line of another employer at the premises of that employer. Failure to cross such a picket line by a member of this Union shall not be considered a violation of this Collective Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.
