Refuse Collection. (a) To prevent any decaying, noxious, excrementitious or other refuse matter from being deposited in the Land or any part thereof.
(b) To arrange for refuse to be collected from different parts of and removed from the Land, and to maintain all refuse collection facilities in accordance with the requirements of any Governmental or other competent authority.
Refuse Collection. The Owner agrees to provide on-site facilities for refuse collection. Such facilities shall be screened from view in accordance with the requirements of the Municipality. The Owner, and not the Municipality, shall be responsible for the removal of any garbage, refuse or other wastes from the waste storage facility.
Refuse Collection. The Government will provide refuse collection services at Government facilities. The contractor shall be responsible for placing refuse in Government provided waste disposal containers.

Refuse Collection. Tenant shall provide at the Premises a minimum of two 50- gallon trash cans for use by Tenant’s customers. Tenant shall each day remove and dispose of the contents of all Tenants’ trash cans in a legal manner and at its sole cost and expense. Landlord may on occasion, but is not obligated to, provide dumpsters into which Tenant may empty its trash cans. On any day that Landlord provides dumpsters, Landlord will remove the contents of the dumpsters at its sole cost.
Refuse Collection. Tenant shall be solely responsible for and promptly pay all charges for collection of refuse and garbage from the Premises. If the Premises are part of the Project and the operator of the Project provides garbage collection service for all occupants of the Project, then Tenant shall pay its proportionate share thereof.
Refuse Collection. Will be provided by the Government from a designated collection point. The contractor is responsible for transporting waste in approved collection containers to that point. The COR will identify what materials may be disposed of in standard waste and what materials shall be disposed of in accordance with security or environmental/health regulations.
Refuse Collection. A. When refuse trucks are dispatched to plow on "C" routes or "D" routes, on push-backs, special assignments or to work in tandem with salt trucks in plowing operations, pay shall be at 1 and ½ times the hourly wage for the actual hours worked, provided the employee works or is credited with a full week of refuse collection work.
B. The City agrees not to sub-contract residential refuse collection for the life of this Agreement.

Refuse Collection. The LANDLORD at It’s option may require the TENANT to either:
i. Store all Refuse within the Demised Premises; or
ii. Use a Common Refuse Room or enclosed area of parking lot to be serviced by a Disposal Contractor.
