Common use of Registered and Enrolled Nurses Clause in Contracts

Registered and Enrolled Nurses. Except in the case of a Director of Nursing where a Deputy or Assistant Director of Nursing is also employed, all work done by a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse in excess of the number of ordinary full-time rostered hours, as per Clause 45 shall be paid at the rate of time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter, or otherwise in accordance with the attached table. For the purpose of this clause each day or shift shall stand alone.
