Common use of Registration of Title Clause in Contracts

Registration of Title. Lessee at its sole cost and expense will cause the ▇▇▇▇ of sale evidencing Lessor’s title and ownership interest in respect to the Aircraft to be kept, filed, recorded and refiled or rerecorded in the State of Registration and in any other jurisdiction where necessary to protect Lessor’s ownership rights in respect to the Aircraft.
