Regular Employee Bumps Into Temporary Position Sample Clauses

The 'Regular Employee Bumps Into Temporary Position' clause defines the process by which a permanent employee may be reassigned to a temporary role, typically as a result of workforce reductions or organizational restructuring. In practice, this clause allows a regular employee whose position is eliminated to take over a temporary position for which they are qualified, often displacing a temporary worker. This mechanism helps preserve employment for regular staff during periods of change, ensuring job security and continuity for permanent employees while managing staffing needs efficiently.
