REGULAR OPERATORS. A Regular Operator shall be guaranteed eight (8) hours pay time per day within a spread of ten (10) hours from the initial sign-on time. All pay time for Regular Operators will be included and be a part of the eight (8) hours daily guarantee subject to the provisions of the holiday rule.

REGULAR OPERATORS. Each regular employee assigned to a regular run or shift shall be guaranteed weekly pay for the regularly scheduled number of hours on their run or shift, provided they are worked as assigned. All regular runs shall be scheduled as near to eight hours in each day as practicable.

  • Regular Hours The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except that they may be interrupted by a lunch period.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Regular Work Day A regular work day shall consist of six and one-half (6½) hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • Maintenance Employees The monthly wage rate for any Maintenance employee shall be negotiated between the Union and the Employer pursuant to subsection (a) (1) of this Article VI, provided, however, that in no event shall the minimum monthly wage rate for any Maintenance employee be less than the wage rate for a Helper A on the premises.

  • Regular Employees Service credit shall be the period of employment with the Company and any service restored as per Part A, Item 5.3.
