Common use of Regular Part-Time Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time. A regular part-time employee is someone who has a regular schedule of work providing less than seventy (70) hours bi-weekly.

Regular Part-Time. A regular part-time employee is someone who has one employed in a regular schedule of work providing job which requires less than seventy forty (7040) hours bi-weeklyper week and at least two hundred four (204) days per year.
