Common use of Regular Part-Time Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time. The Employer shall specify the hours of work and the schedule of the hours to be worked, in writing, at the time of hire. The Employer will provide as much notice as possible, and in any event, will provide at minimum one weeks’ notice of any change in hours of work or schedules.
