Common use of Regular Review Clause in Contracts

Regular Review. Each officer will meet with a shift supervisor on a bi-monthly basis to review their performance and activity. There may be times due to scheduling that this meeting is outside the two-month window. A copy of all documentation, including monthly statistics, contact sheet entries, counseling, or discipline will be documented and passed on to the commander of the shift. To ensure consistency and track performance on a regular basis, the Shift of Bureau Lieutenant is responsible for reviewing all regular evaluations including and reports or documentation presented to them. Meetings will be at the end of February, April, June (mid-year), August, October, and December (annual).
