Policy and Procedures Manual. The Employer will make available to all members of the bargaining unit a copy of the District Operational Policies and Procedures Manual (OPPM) on the SVC intranet. SVCFT shall be notified of all updates to the OPPM.
Policy and Procedures Manual. (a) Insurdata shall perform the Services in accordance with the Policy and Procedures Manual. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the Policy and Procedures Manual, the provisions of this Agreement shall control unless the Parties expressly agree otherwise and such agreement is set forth in the relevant portion of a Policy and Procedures Manual approved by UICI in writing.
(b) Insurdata shall promptly modify and update the Policy and Procedures Manual to reflect changes in the operations or procedures described therein and shall provide the proposed changes in the manual to UICI for review and comment. To the extent any change would increase the cost of the Services to UICI or could have a material adverse impact on the scope, accuracy, speed, responsiveness or quality of the Services, such change shall not take effect until it has been approved by UICI.

Policy and Procedures Manual. No later than 30 days after finalization of this Agreement, the Provider will develop and submit the agency’s non-secure shelter policy and procedure manual for DJJ review. The policy and procedure manual will include description of how agency receives non-secure attendant carer shelter referrals; the intake process specific to non-secure shelter referrals; monitoring of non-secure shelter youth; and release processes for non-secure shelter youth. Polices and procedures must clearly address how the safety of staff and referred youth is maintained, as well as the handling of referrals for intoxicated youth. All non-secure attendant care shelter staff and volunteers will be trained in the approved policy and procedures, and the manual will be made available to the public upon request. The manual will be updated and approved annually by the DJJ Contact Person.

27.3.1 The Policy and Procedures Manual shall not contradict the provisions of this Agreement or any portions hereof.
27.3.2 The negotiating team and designated representatives of the District shall review the Policy and Procedures Manual and update, revise, and redistribute manuals to all faculty, as necessary.
27.3.3 Upon appointment, each faculty member shall be provided with one (1) copy of this Agreement, and upon request a copy of the Manual.
27.3.4 As the Policy and Procedures Manual is revised, thereafter, it shall be reprinted by the District and distributed to each faculty member requesting same.
27.3.5 Whenever the Policy and Procedures Manual is first printed, or subsequently revised and reprinted four (4) copies shall be supplied to the President of the Association by the District.
27.3.6 The District agrees to consult with the Association prior to any amendment, changes or elimination of present policies or procedures within the scope of negotiation. Such policies and procedures, including Section 6620 of the Manual, will be subject to the dispute settlement policy.

Policy and Procedures Manual. (a) Delivery and Contents. As part of the Services, and at no additional cost to New Century, Supplier shall deliver to New Century a reasonably complete draft of the Policy and Procedures Manual(s) with respect to the Services to be transitioned to Supplier on the Commencement Date, for New Century’s review, comment and approval, on or before the applicable Transition Milestone date specified in Exhibit 20. Thereafter, as part of the Services, and at no additional cost to New Century, Supplier shall deliver to New Century a reasonably complete draft of the Policy and Procedures Manual with respect to each remaining Service (or, if such Policy and Procedures Manual already exists, any additional portions of such Policy and Procedures Manual pertaining to such Service), for New Century’s review, comment and approval, on or before the Transition Milestone date specified in Exhibit 20 for each such Service. In each case, New Century shall have at least fifteen (15) days to review the draft Policy and Procedures Manual and provide Supplier with reasonable comments and revisions. Supplier shall then incorporate such comments and revisions ,as appropriate, into the Policy and Procedures Manual and shall deliver a final version to New Century at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled transition date for the applicable Service for New Century’s final approval. At a minimum, each Policy and Procedures Manual shall include the following:
(i) a detailed description of the Services and the manner in which each will be performed by Supplier, including (A) the Equipment, Software, and Systems to be procured, operated, supported or used; (B) documentation (including operations manuals, user guides, specifications, policies/procedures and disaster recovery/business continuity plans) providing further details regarding such Services; (C) the specific activities to be undertaken by Supplier in connection with each Service, including, where appropriate, the direction, supervision, monitoring, staffing, reporting, planning and oversight activities to be performed by Supplier under this Agreement; (D) the checkpoint reviews, testing, acceptance, controls and other procedures to be implemented and used to assure service quality; and (F) subject to Section 15.10, the processes, methodologies and controls to be implemented and used by Supplier to comply with applicable Laws;
(ii) the procedures for New Century/Supplier interaction and communication, including (A) cal...
Policy and Procedures Manual. Without limiting the foregoing, until the Service Management Manual has been implemented by agreement of the Parties in accordance with (e) (Transition to Service Management Manual), the following shall apply.
Policy and Procedures Manual. (a) As part of the Services, and at no additional cost to WSI, IBM shall deliver to WSI for its review, comment and approval (i) an outline of the topics to be addressed in the Policy and Procedures Manual within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, and (ii) a final draft of the Policy and Procedures Manual within ninety (90) days after the Effective Date (the “Policy and Procedures Manual”). At a minimum, the Policy and Procedures Manual shall include the following:
(i) a detailed description of the Services and the manner in which each will be performed by IBM, including (A) the equipment, software and systems to be procured, operated, supported or used; (B) documentation (including operations manuals, user guides, specifications, policies/procedures and the disaster recovery plans) providing further details regarding such Services; and (C) the specific activities to be undertaken by IBM in connection with the Services, including, where appropriate, the direction, supervision, monitoring, staffing, reporting, planning and oversight activities to be performed by IBM under this Agreement;
(ii) the procedures for WSI/IBM interaction and communication, including: (i) call lists; (ii) procedures for and limits on direct communication by IBM with WSI personnel; (iii) problem management and escalation procedures; (iv) priority and project procedures; (v) acceptance testing; (vi) quality assurance procedures and checkpoint reviews; (vii) the Project Change Request Procedures; and (viii) interaction and communication regarding annual and quarterly financial objectives, budgets, and performance goals;
(iii) WSI’s existing and applicable procedures to the extent to be used by IBM and as agreed by the Parties;
(iv) quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that the Services are performed in an accurate and timely manner, in accordance with the Service Levels and IBM’s obligations under this Agreement including verification, checkpoint reviews, testing, acceptance and other procedures for WSI to assure the quality and timeliness of IBM’s performance; and
(v) practices and procedures addressing such other issues and matters as WSI shall require.
(b) IBM shall incorporate any reasonable comments or suggestions of WSI into the Policy and Procedures Manual and shall deliver a final revised version to WSI within fifteen (15) days of its receipt of such comments and suggestions for WSI’s approval.
