Revision and Maintenance. The Policy and Procedures Manual will be delivered and maintained by Supplier in hard copy and electronic formats and will be accessible electronically to Kraft management and Authorized Users in a manner consistent with Kraft’s security policies.

Revision and Maintenance. OF THE GUIDE TO FEES
(a) Funds made available in Appendix F for revisions to the Payment Schedule, will be allocated by the BCMA to fee items in the Guide to Fees in a manner consistent with this Agreement including Appendix F.
(b) Except where otherwise expressly agreed in writing, revisions to the Guide to Fees allocating funds made available under Appendix F for any Fiscal Year will be effective April 1 of that Fiscal Year.
(c) When the Tariff Committee has prepared recommendations for revisions to the Guide to Fees for consideration by the Board of Directors of the BCMA, prior to transmission of its recommendations to the Board of Directors of the BCMA the Tariff Committee will:
(i) inform the MSC and the Physician Services Committee of the recommendations; and
(ii) Consult with the MSC and the Physician Services Committee to identify any comments or concerns they may have respecting such recommendations in order that the Tariff Committee may have such comments or concerns before them at the time of finally recommending a revision of the Guide to Fees to the BCMA’s Board of Directors.
(d) No change to the Payment Schedule shall result from a change to the Guide to Fees under this section 13.1, except in accordance with Article 14.

The Policies and Procedures Manual shall be delivered and maintained by Provider and Idearc in an electronic format and shall be accessible electronically to both Parties in a manner consistent with Idearc’s security policies. Provider and Idearc shall periodically modify and update the Policies and Procedures Manual to (i) reflect changes in the operations or procedures described therein, and (ii) to respond to comments provided by the Idearc Program Manager from time to time during the Term.
