REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED. The D-BE shall be responsible for cutting, fitting and patching, including attendant excavation and backfill, required to complete work and to:
A. Make its parts fit together properly;
B. Uncover work to provide for installation of ill-timed work;
C. Remove and replace defective work;
D. Remove and replace work not conforming to the Contract;
E. Remove samples of installed work as required for testing;
F. Provide routine penetrations of non-structural surfaces for installation of piping and electrical conduit.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED a) Procedures for Preparation and Submittal of Construction Progress Schedules and Periodical Updating.
b) Before commencing work, the Contractor shall submit a complete plan and schedule of his proposed operations to the Architect for approval. In Preparation of this plan and schedule, the Contractor shall make due allowance for and include the following:
1) Preparation of equipment and material submittals for review.
2) Architect review of each submittal.
3) Delivery lead times for equipment.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED. Shop drawings, products data, samples, submittal logs (shop drawings and samples, RFI, NOI, PCO, CO and SK drawings), weather protection (if applicable) and schedule of values.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED. A. The CONTRACTOR shall submit to the OWNER for review such working drawings, shop drawings, test reports and data on materials and equipment (hereinafter in this Section called data), and material samples (hereinafter in this Section called samples) as are required for the proper control of work, including but not limited to those working drawings, shop drawings, data and samples for materials and equipment specified elsewhere in the Specifications and in the Contract Drawings.
B. The CONTRACTOR shall note that there are specific submittal requirements in other sections of these Specifications.
C. The CONTRACTOR is to maintain an accurate updated submittal log and shall bring this log to each scheduled progress meeting with the OWNER and the OWNER. This log should include the following items:
1. Submittal-Description and File Number assigned.
2. Date to OWNER.
3. Date returned to CONTRACTOR (from OWNER).
4. Status of Submittal
a. Reviewed
b. Furnish as Corrected
c. Revise and Resubmit
d. Submit Specific Item
e. Rejected
5. Date of Resubmittal and Return (as applicable).
6. Date material released (for fabrication).
7. Projected date of fabrication.
8. Projected date of delivery to site.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED. A. Provide and pay for field engineering services required for Project.
1. Survey work required in execution of Project.
2. Civil, structural or other professional engineering services specified, or required to execute Contractor's construction methods.
B. The Project Manager of Record will identify existing control points indicated on the Drawings, as required.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED. A. Contractor shall be responsible for all cutting, fitting and patching, including related excavation and backfill, required to complete the Work or to:

2. Uncover portions of the Work to provide for installation of ill-timed work.
3. Remove and replace defective work.
4. Remove and replace work not conforming to requirement of Contract Documents.
5. Remove samples of installed work as specified for testing.
6. Provide routine penetrations of non-structural surfaces for installation of piping and electrical conduit.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED. A. Submit Applications for Payment to Owner in accordance with the schedule established by Conditions of the Contract and herein.
