For Project Clause Samples

For Project launches the State must obtain written agreement from the Commonwealth to the date and time for the Project launch.
For Project. REPRESENTATION BEYOND BASIC SERVICES, as described in Paragraph 1.6, and FOR EXTENDED SERVICES, as described in Paragraph 1.6.4 and Exhibit F, compensation shall be computed separately in accordance with Subparagraph 1.6.2.
For Project. A, the Consultant will perform a site visit of each of the twelve (12) locations identified by the Consultant and agreed upon by the University in order to review site conditions.
For Project. The Architect and its Design Consultants shall thoroughly review the FPP for the Project as incorporated into the RFQ. Design Documents for the Project shall conform to the FPP and the scope, size, layout and other Project requirements established in the FPP. Modifications to Design Documents to conform the Design Documents to the FPP shall be without adjustment of the Contract Price hereunder.
For Project. The AUTHORITY shall provide the “Before and After Study” to the 25 PARTICIPATING AGENCIES in draft and final formats for review and comment.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Projects There shall be a thirty (30) km free zone around the projects excluding the Metro Vancouver Area. For local residents, kilometers shall be paid from the boundary of the free zone around the project. Workers employed by any contractor within an identified free zone who resides outside of that same free zone will be paid according to the Kilometer Chart from the project to their residence less thirty

  • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.
