REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED. The D-BE shall be responsible for cutting, fitting and patching, including attendant excavation and backfill, required to complete work and to: A. Make its parts fit together properly; B. Uncover work to provide for installation of ill-timed work; C. Remove and replace defective work; D. Remove and replace work not conforming to the Contract; E. Remove samples of installed work as required for testing; F. Provide routine penetrations of non-structural surfaces for installation of piping and electrical conduit.
