Regular Meetings Regular meetings of the Trustees may be held without call or notice at such places and at such times as the Trustees may from time to time determine, provided that notice of the first regular meeting following any such determination shall be given to absent Trustees.
Monthly Meetings The Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues. The Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall mutually agree on the participation of other Union and Employer representatives at these meetings on a case-by-case basis. Such meetings shall take place during regular working hours. Bargaining unit employees authorized to attend these meetings shall be considered to be on work time.
Tool Box Meetings 54.1 Tool Box Meetings are regarded as an important part of site based communications. The Employer will develop a program of consultation with its site based Employees around safety, productivity, constructability and methodology. 54.2 At least one toolbox meeting will be convened by the Employer per site, each month to facilitate and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ communication and consultation. Items to be discussed at each meeting may include but are not limited to programming of site work, site issues, work health and safety, job design, productivity issues, management policies, Agreement compliance, wages and conditions, compliance with statutory obligations and any other relevant issue raised. Notice of the meeting will be given at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled date, but can be rescheduled to accommodate site requirements. There will be a standing invitation for representatives of the Union to attend such toolbox meetings. Meetings will be scheduled so as to minimise disruption to production.
Quarterly Meetings a. The Parties must meet as frequently as necessary to ensure proper oversight of this MOU but not less frequently than quarterly to address care coordination, Quality Improvement (“QI”) activities, QI outcomes, systemic and case- specific concerns, and communication with others within their organizations about such activities. These meetings may be conducted virtually. b. Within 30 Working Days after each quarterly meeting, the Parties must each post on its website the date and time the quarterly meeting occurred, and, as applicable, distribute to meeting participants a summary of any follow-up action items or changes to processes that are necessary to fulfill the Parties’ obligations under the Medi-Cal Managed Care Contract, the MHP Contract, and this MOU. c. The Parties must invite the other Party’s Responsible Person and appropriate program executives to participate in quarterly meetings to ensure appropriate committee representation, including local presence, to discuss and address care coordination and MOU-related issues. The Parties’ Subcontractors and Downstream Subcontractors should be permitted to participate in these meetings, as appropriate. d. The Parties must report to DHCS updates from quarterly meetings in a manner and frequency specified by DHCS.
Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential. (b) In those cases where a meeting is designated confidential, the Union shall be provided with a reason for such designation. (c) A designated member of the Union shall be provided a copy of the agenda and minutes of all open meetings. (d) Notwithstanding 18.04(b), any faculty member may request that an Union representative attend as an observer at meetings where the faculty member reasonably believes their working conditions under Article 12 will be affected. Management will be notified by the Union in advance of the meeting regarding their attendance at the meeting.
