Except as set forth in Section 4.12 of the KCPL Disclosure Schedule, neither KCPL nor any "subsidiary company" or "affiliate" (as each such term is defined in the 1935 Act) of KCPL is subject to regulation as a public utility or p▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇rvice company (or similar designation) by any other state in the United States or any foreign country.
