Regulation Specific Terms Clause Samples

The 'Regulation Specific Terms' clause defines additional or modified contractual obligations that apply when certain laws or regulations are relevant to the agreement. This clause typically outlines how the parties must comply with specific regulatory requirements, such as data protection laws, industry standards, or export controls, and may reference particular jurisdictions or regulatory bodies. Its core practical function is to ensure that the contract remains compliant with applicable legal frameworks, thereby reducing the risk of regulatory breaches and clarifying the parties' responsibilities under relevant laws.
