Rehearsal Conditions. Note: All rehearsal rules apply to the individual Artist.
Rehearsal Conditions. (a) During pre-season Rehearsal Weeks, there shall be no more than six (6) hours of rehearsal scheduled daily and compensated by the weekly salary. (b) All APPRENTICE ARTISTS shall have a five (5) minute break within each hour of rehearsal and/or training. Breaks may be combined to equal fifteen (15) minutes after ninety (90) minutes of rehearsals but under no circumstances may an ARTIST rehearse more than ninety (90) minutes without a break. (c) Rehearsals during Performance Weeks shall be limited to: three (3) hours on performance days, six (6) hours on non-performance days. (d) There normally shall be no rehearsal scheduled on a day in which two
Rehearsal Conditions. (a) Rehearsal without videotape or pre-recording on any day prior to date of broadcast or date of completion of videotaping –– Minimum of two (2) consecutive hours of rehearsal. (b) Rehearsal with videotaping or pre-recording on any day prior to date of broadcast or date of completion of videotaping –– Minimum of three (3) consecutive hours of rehearsal or videotaping. In the case of dramatic programs which regularly feature a variety act, material for up to five (5) programs may be pre- recorded in such pre-recorded session, provided that rehearsal hours credited in such session shall be no less than one (1) hour for each program in which such pre-recorded music shall appear; and provided further that in this case such programs shall be paid for as a variety program as to such variety act.
Rehearsal Conditions. ‌ (A) Rehearsal Time TourCo‌ An Artist understudying a Mainstage Artist shall receive a transcribed copy of the current revue script as well as access to the archival recording not less than five (5) business days before a put-in rehearsal.
Rehearsal Conditions a) The Manager shall provide a separate rehearsal room with a suitable floor surface and shall use his best endeavours to provide sufficient space for the dancing area to be marked out and shall be responsible for providing the services of a rehearsal pianist. b) The Manager shall ensure that within 30 minutes of the start of rehearsals and throughout the rehearsals the temperature will be at least 18.3 degrees centigrade. c) Where necessary, the Manager shall provide changing facilities separate from the rehearsal room.
Rehearsal Conditions. EMPLOYER is cognizant of the value of CHORISTERS’ time and, therefore, shall make every effort to end such Services by 10:30 p.m., whenever possible. CHORISTERS will be notified prior to signing their SACE when it is anticipated that a particular opera may require that these Services be extended beyond 10:30 p.m. 1. No rehearsal shall be held within two (2) hours of the beginning of a performance, with the exception of warm-up. Exceptions to this rule may happen only with the prior approval of the AGMA Delegate. 2. No Musical Rehearsals shall be held during performances for purposes of rehearsing future Productions. 3. Rehearsal without videotape or pre-recording on any day prior to date of broadcast or date of completion of videotaping -- Minimum of two (2) consecutive hours of rehearsal. b. Rehearsal with videotape or pre-recording on any day prior to date of broadcast or date of completion of videotaping -- Minimum of three (3) consecutive hours of rehearsal or videotaping. c. Rehearsal with or without videotaping or pre-recording on any day prior to date of broadcast or date of completion of videotaping -- If more than one (1) hour (excluding a meal period of not in excess of one (1) hour) elapses between the end of any sessions and the beginning of the following session on the same day, a minimum of two (2) consecutive hours will be paid for such second session, provided that payment at an overtime rate will not be made except for time actually worked for which the Musician is otherwise entitled to overtime pay. This provision does not apply if either of the sessions contains no actual rehearsal or pre- recording services but is entirely limited to the use of tapes or records without the orchestra being present. d. Rehearsal on day of live broadcast or completion of videotaping:
