Reimbursement of External Costs. In the event a Party, at the request of the other Party or to resolve a dispute raised by the other Party, incurs reasonable external expenses in verifying that the other Party has failed to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, such expenses shall be reimbursed upon demand by the Party that failed to perform, subject to such expenses being duly documented and justified by the Party seeking reimbursement. Kupujący zapewni, że pracownicy Kupującego, mający dostęp do Systemu SCADA Instalacji nie będą ingerować w pracę Instalacji i będą stosować się do wszystkich Obowiązujących Przepisów Prawa i zasadnych poleceń Sprzedającego przekazanych Kupującemu, oraz (b) przekaże Kupującemu lub osobie trzeciej wskazanej przez Kupującego wszystkie informacje, których Kupujący lub taka osoba trzecia zasadnie zażądają.
