Reimbursement to VIA. Each Fund shall reimburse VIA on a monthly basis for the expenses, including costs of insurance, professional services, printing and mailing, office space and facilities and transportation, and other costs and expenses, incurred by VIA in providing operational support to such Fund pursuant to this Article III.
