Common use of Reinstatement of Position Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Position. The expiration of a leave of absence shall continue to be indicated on the Request for Leave of Absence Without Pay form and/or the Request for an Extension to a Leave of Absence Without Pay form as notification to the employee of the duration of the absence. Prior to the expiration date of the employee’s personal or medical leave of absence, the employee shall submit a Request for Reinstatement from a Leave of Absence form or a Request for an Extension to a Leave of Absence Without Pay form in accordance with Article 20.1.2 and 20.1.
