Common use of Rejection of Bids Clause in Contracts

Rejection of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Bid if investigation of such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations and to complete the Work contemplated by the Contract Documents. Any or all Proposals will be rejected if there is a reason to believe that collusion exists among the Bidders.
