Relation between the Parties. 2.2.1 Nothing contained herein shall be construed as establishing a relation of master and servant or of agent and principal as between the parties hereto.

Relation between the Parties. Nothing in the Contract shall be deemed to constitute a partnership between the Parties or to constitute either Party as the agent of the other.

Relation between the Parties. The Parties unconditionally agree and understand that this Contract is on a principal to principal basis and does not create and shall not be deemed to create any employer- employee or a principal-agent relationship between as between the Authority and the Contractor or its Personnel. The Contractor, subject to this Contract, have complete charge of personnel undertaking the works and shall be fully responsible for the works performed by them or on their behalf hereunder. None of the Parties shall be entitled to, by act, word, or deed or otherwise, make any statement on behalf of the other Party or in any manner bind the other Party or hold out or represent that it is representing or acting as an agent of the other Party.

The Service Provider subject to this Contract shall have complete charge of personnel and subcontractor, if any, performing the services and shall be fully responsible for the services performed by them or on their behalf hereunder. It is the bounden obligation upon the part of the service provider to protect the interests of the Trust and its objections and to act under the policies and guidelines of the government from time to time in this regard.

Relation between the Parties. Shipper and Carrier are jointly and severally (solidarisch) liable for the fulfilment of their duties to the Escrow Agent under this Agreement.

Relation between the Parties. The Parties to the Agreement are entering into this arrangement as independent contractors, and this Agreement does not bestow either Party the right against the other, as partner, agent principal employer or joint venturer or any other from of legal association.
