RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS Clause Samples

The 'Relationships with Clients' clause defines the expectations and boundaries governing interactions between the service provider and its clients. It typically outlines the nature of the professional relationship, clarifies that the provider acts as an independent contractor rather than an employee or agent, and may specify confidentiality obligations or conflict of interest rules. By establishing these parameters, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings, ensures professional conduct, and protects both parties from potential legal or ethical issues arising from their business relationship.
