Relationships. 26.1 The Agreement does not make any Party the employee, agent, partner or legal representative of the other Party for any purpose whatsoever. No Party is granted any right or authority to assume or create any obligation or responsibility, expressed or implied, on behalf of or in the name of the other Party.
