Relat▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇it▇ ▇▇▇▇ome▇▇. Except as provided in Paragraph 27.11 of this Agreement, all customers receiving services pursuant to this Agreement shall remain customers of Broker. Pershing shall provide services under this Agreement to Broker only to the extent explicitly required by specific provisions contained in this Agreement and shall not be responsible for any duties or obligations not specifically allocated to Pershing pursuant to this Agreement. Broker shall enter into appropriate contractual arrangements with customers on its own behalf, and such agreements shall make Broker, and not Pershing, responsible to customers for the provision of services. Broker shall not be deemed to be an agent of Pershing for any purpose, nor shall Pershing be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any of Broker's customers. Broker acknowledges that Pershing does not control the business or operations of Broker.

  • Prosthodontics We Cover prosthodontic services as follows:

  • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time. (b) The Supplier shall not change any process, material, component, packaging or manufacturing location without the Purchaser’s express prior written approval.

  • Diagnostic procedures to aid the Provider in determining required dental treatment.

  • Hepatitis B Vaccine Where the Hospital identifies high risk areas where employees are exposed to Hepatitis B, the Hospital will provide, at no cost to the employees, a Hepatitis B vaccine.

  • Speech Therapy This plan covers speech therapy services when provided by a qualified licensed • loss of speech or communication function; or • impairment as a result of an acute illness or injury, or an acute exacerbation of a chronic disease. Speech therapy services must relate to: • performing basic functional communication; or • assessing or treating swallowing dysfunction. See Autism Services when speech therapy services are rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. The amount you pay and any benefit limit will be the same whether the services are provided for habilitative or rehabilitative purposes.
