Release, publication, and use of data. Recipient shall have the right to use, release to others, reproduce, distribute, or publish any data first produced or specifically used by Recipient in the performance of this Agreement, except to the extent such data may be subject to the U.S. federal export control or national security laws or regulations, or unless otherwise provided below in paragraph (d)(2) or expressly set forth in this Agreement.
