Release Testing Sample Clauses

The Release Testing clause defines the process by which a product or deliverable is evaluated before it is officially accepted or launched. Typically, this clause outlines the specific tests or criteria that must be met, the responsibilities of each party during the testing phase, and the procedures for addressing any defects or failures identified. For example, it may require the supplier to demonstrate that the software meets agreed-upon performance standards or that all features function as intended. The core practical function of this clause is to ensure that the deliverable meets contractual requirements and quality standards before final acceptance, thereby reducing the risk of post-release issues and disputes.
