Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit (a) It is understood that an employee shall not be transferred by the Hospital to a position outside the bargaining unit without his consent except in the case of temporary assignments not exceeding six (6) months. This period may be extended a further six (6) months upon the agreement of the employee and the Hospital. Such employees on temporary assignments shall remain members of the bargaining unit.
(b) An employee who is transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit shall not, subject to (c) below, accumulate seniority. In the event the employee is returned by the Hospital to a position in the bargaining unit within twenty-four (24) months of the transfer he or she shall be credited with the seniority held at the time of transfer and resume accumulation from the date of his or her return to the bargaining unit. An employee not returned to the bargaining unit within 24 months shall forfeit bargaining unit seniority.
(c) In the event an employee transferred out of the bargaining unit under (a) or (b) above is returned to the bargaining unit within a period of twelve (12) calendar months, he shall accumulate seniority during the period of time outside the bargaining unit.

Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.
Prohibition of City Funding for Purchase of Single Serving Bottled Water The City’s policy is that City funds should not be used for the purchase of single-serving bottled water except for any of the following: • Public safety emergencies, investigations and extended deployments or activation of the Office of Emergency Services; • Situations where there is a high risk of cross-contamination with non-potable water; or • Situations where there are no reasonable alternatives to bottled water, such as large public events and when large quantities of water need to be distributed for health and safety reasons. An invoice seeking reimbursement from City for the cost of single-serving bottled water under one of the above exceptions must be accompanied by a waiver form provided by the City and signed by the Director.
