Reliability Test. 3.3.1. Seller shall perform a periodic reliability test on the production of the Product according to the Buyer’s pre-approved test plan by using qualified employees and testing equipments. Seller shall submit the result to Buyer for review. 3.3.2. In case Seller is unable to implement the reliability test by itself, Seller may engage Buyer’s facility or any other authorized third party organizations to perform the test.
