RELIANCE ON INSTRUMENTS. The Agent shall be fully entitled to rely on any written instrument delivered to it in accordance with Clause 10.11.1 or on any Transfer Certificate which is correct and regular on its face as regards its contents and purportedly executed on behalf of the relevant parties thereto and shall have no liability or responsibility to any party as a consequence of placing reliance upon and acting in accordance with any such written instrument or Transfer Certificate.
