Bargaining Unit Defined The bargaining unit shall comprise all employees included in the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board except those excluded by mutual agreement of the Parties or by the Labour Relations Code.
Provisions Define Relative Rights This Agreement is intended solely for the purpose of defining the relative rights of the Issuer on the one hand and the Subordinated Lenders and the Subordinated Borrowers on the other, and no other Person shall have any right, benefit or other interest under this Agreement.
Immediate Family Defined For the purpose of this section, immediate family member is defined as spouse, child, mother, father, sister, brother, grandparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law or any person who stood in lieu of parents.
Unit Description Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of the employees of the Employer included in the bargaining unit described below:
Seniority Defined Seniority is defined as the total length of service in the bargaining unit as an employee, regardless of occupational change. Seniority shall be used as one of the factors in determining preference or priority for promotion, transfers, demotions, terminations and layoff caused by force reductions and recall. Seniority shall operate on a bargaining unit wide basis.
