Remaining Balances. Any and all remaining balances shall be due within fourteen (14) days upon the submission of invoice to the Client. Invoices shall include monthly fee, reimbursable expenses, and any other fees related to the Work.
Remaining Balances. Pursuant to IRC Section 125, any amounts remaining in the employee’s account at the end of a Plan Year must be forfeited. The County will use any forfeited amounts to help defray the Plan’s administrative expenses.

Any Preliminary Fund balances remaining after all payments by the City for all work specified in SECTION 2.01 of this Agreement shall be promptly returned to AmerenUE.
Remaining Balances. The remaining balance due and amounts owed for the Project Deliverables under each SOW shall be due in accordance with the amounts and payment schedule agreed to by the parties under the “Payment Schedule” heading in each SOW.
